All patients wishing to book Manual Lymphatic Drainage must book a consultation first. This is also for first time patients that have specific goals in mind but are not sure what services they may need to achieve their desired outcome.
*NEW* Himalayan Stone Massage

Hot Himalayan stones will be used throughout the massage. Himalayan stones are hand-carved raw Himalayan salt. Similar to a Hot Stone massage, Himalayan stones will be strategically placed on the body at times and also used as an extension of our hands, focusing on areas of tension. As your tension melts away, you'll experience improved circulation, reduced stress, and a heightened sense of well-being.
Relaxation Massage
$60- 45 minutes

The primary goal of this massage is to relax the entire body. It uses long, flowing strokes to replicate the body’s natural blood circulation, thereby helping improve blood flow, increase lymphatic drainage, and decrease muscles tension. The rhythmic movements make for an overall experience that leaves the body feeling rejuvenated.
Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage refers to any type of modality that helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on a specific problem. Deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, cupping or a combination of multiple modalities might be used throughout your session. Transcend Massage will apply strategic techniques and the right amount of pressure to address your specific needs.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic drainage relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. Preoperative or postoperative patients benefit from this type of massage by reducing swelling and accelerating healing. Patients with primary lymphedema or lymphedema caused by node removal or trauma can also benefit from this service.
*All patients wanting manual lymphatic drainage must have a consultation before booking this service.
** Packages are available for purchase in store for greater savings.
*** Manual lymphatic drainage services will never aim to exude fluid from incisions or drainage ports. All lymphatic drainage that reduces swelling will be performed by way of the lymphatic system and kidneys.
Hot Stone Massage
$95- 60 minutes

Hot stone therapy is an advanced therapeutic massage technique, using the applications of thermotherapy. This involves the strategic use of heated volcanic basalt stones. At Transcend Massage this session will use components of a regular massage but the heated stones will be used as an extension of our hands. The firmness and heat of the stones enhance the massage’s therapeutic benefits by relaxing the muscles and improving circulation.
Prenatal Massage
$60- 45 minutes

Massage for pregnant people at any stage of pregnancy after Doctor approval. The body changes a lot through pregnancy which can cause new aches and pains to arise. Prenatal massage allows you to comfortably lay on your side while still receiving the therepeutic effects of massage that your body needs.
Assisted Stretching
$45- 30 minutes
$60- 45 minutes
An assisted stretching session is a great way to increase flexibility and range of motion. It can be added as a warm up before your massage or it is also an effective stand alone service. A licensed professional, using both PNF and Static stretching techniques, will take you through a series of stretches for your whole body as well as focus extra time in those areas that are tight.
*If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. Clients who cancel their appointments with less than 24 hours notice and Clients who no-show will incur a fee equaling 30% of the scheduled service.
CBD massage
$25
CBD cream from Full Spectrum Hemp will be applied to areas of muscle tension or inflammation. CBD helps to relax the muscles and nervous system as well as decrease inflammation.
